Stewardship logs

Record giving transactions, acts of service, and gratitude entries as three independent categories. Free Tier: 50 entries per category. Pro and Video Pro: unlimited.

Documents + ZIP export

Paid tiers can upload receipt images and PDFs, browse Uploaded Documents, and download a ZIP of files. Free users can still Enter Receipt manually within log caps.

AI pastoral chat

Multi-conversation pastoral chat grounded in your stewardship logs and chat history — with PII redaction and NSFW/illegal filtering before anything reaches the model.

Veo video reflections

Video Pro generates biblical-to-modern video reflections with narrator and verse lower thirds, stored as Artifacts for later playback.

CSV / Excel ledger export

Download a tax-deductible ledger export (date, organization, type, amounts). You remain responsible for verifying accuracy before any tax use.

Offline sync

Write entries locally first; a sync queue posts them to the cloud when you’re back online so logs and chats persist across sessions.

Safety

Built-in guardrails

Content filters, PII redaction, distress referrals, and server-side enforcement.

Illegal / NSFW filtering

Outbound AI prompts are blocked before they reach Google AI Studio. NSFW is refused immediately; illegal content increments a warning ladder.

3 warnings → 4th flags

Illegal-content infractions warn on the first three; the fourth flags the account for admin review and shares Celebrate Recovery help resources.

PII redaction

Emails, phones, addresses, names, URLs, handles, SSNs, and card patterns are replaced with placeholders before Gemini or Veo calls.

Anonymous model identity

AI prompts use a stable User_ alias — not email, real name, or Firebase UID — while stewardship records stay tied to your authenticated account.

Distress referrals

Distress language triggers pastoral support language and professional resources, including 988, SAMHSA, and Celebrate Recovery. Software referral aid — not clinical care.

Server-side quotas

Text, video, free-log caps, and document access are enforced in Postgres with HTTP 402 when limits are reached — not just in the client UI.
